Week 4: Blog Group Work

Your first goal this week will be to complete the writing of your individual post and adding a link to an external website on your assigned wiki page.

You and your group members will then work together in the group wiki to write the Critical Question according to the following criteria:
1) Write a sentence or two of background that summarizes both sides of the issue
2) Ask a question that addresses both sides of the issues and asks for input. Remember that the question should not state your opinion.
3) Ask the audience to read links and respond to your questions with an informed opinion.

You and your group members will work together in the group wiki to write the Survey Question according to the following criteria:

1. require the respondent to read the blog for background information before responding
2. use language that is understandable (avoid issue-specific jargon)
3. provide a minimum of 3 multiple choice responses that will provide you, the blogger, with information that is important to your topic

You and your group members will work together to come up with a minimum of three terms that are used in your blog that the average reader of your blog may not be familiar with.  You will then write a definition of each term in your group wiki.

You and your group members will look at your Diigo accounts to come up with a minimum of three sites that are excellent sources of information in regard to your topic that were not included as a link in any of the individual posts.
After completing the above, you and your group members will:
Post your assigned topics (each individual responsible for posting their own by logging in to blog) and critical question to your group blog (order should show up on your blog as: Pros, Cons, Facts, Critical Question--remember that the post added first shows up last)

Post your survey question
Add pictures with captions
Add link list (minimum of 3 links not used in the individual posts that were great sources of information.) (Add a Gadget/Link List)
Add a list of terms related to your topic (Add a Gadget/List)
